The Clifton Pattern 70 french door range is perfect for any home and offers a wide range of width options for you to choose from. You can have one or two matching side panels in various widths and co-ordinate your home with the single door options. The right hand side door opens first when viewed from the outside and can open inwards or outwards. NB all configurations are viewed from the outside.

The Clifton Pattern 70 is engineered knot-free clear timber. All of the doors in this range have an advanced preservation system. They can be supplied with one coat of harmonising base stain or primer ready for your own choice of finish.

Clifton Pattern 70 product features;

• 24mm clear Low E insulating glass units
• Centre panel U-value of 1.4 W/m² K
• Whole product U-value of 1.9 W/m²K
• These doors come with loose ironmongery, ventilator and multi-point locking with shoot and finger bolts.
• Silver effect handles and threshold are standard or gold effect finish as an option
• Catch and shoot bolt are silver effect finish
• Hinges are supplied in white for white primed and Hi-Build paint finished products, or in brown for basecoat stained and Hi-Build stain finished products.
• Aluminum rain deflector weather moulds are available as an option
• Sill depth is 170mm
• All doors comply with Building Regulation, Part 'L'
• Doors which are 1800mm in width (excluding the width of the side panels) can comply with part 'M' Building Regulations as an option.
• Complete with frame and all fittings.

Every door that we sell will be accompanied with a full set of fitting/care instructions.  It is very important that you thoroughly read and understand these instructions as they will contain important information. Should your product arrive without any instructions then you must inform us immediately and we can get a copy sent out to you. 

Please note that all parts must be checked within the 2 day period and before installation as any discrepancies/replacement parts there after this time will be chargeable.

The principal enemy of timber doors is excess exposure to moisture or dryness. Having left our custody, we have no control over the conditions to which they are subjected and to avoid any subsequent cause for disappointment, we strongly advise the following advice is heeded.  If suitable care and treatment is not taken, stresses within wood may be released, resulting in movement or distortion such as swelling, warping splitting or even discolouration.
On receipt please store laid flat, fully supported off the floor with at least three full width bearers of the same dimension in a dry fully ventilated area, with protective packaging intact.  Doors supplied unfinished should be thoroughly sealed on all faces and edges prior to the commencement of any joinery work, although first sizing them may be to advantage.
